There were a couple of things I aimed for this program that will be listed below. I wanted this to be an easy program that was to the point, displaying some additional information that the user could read through if they so wished.  Beyond that, here is the changelog!

• You can remove the controller rumble from BeatSaber.
• You can restore your rumble if you wish to through the Tools menu item.
• You can see what the program does through the provided log text box.

As stated, simple and to the point, this is specifically aimed towards Quest players who upgraded to Index and find the controller rumble to be uncomfortable. So, if you are one of these players, hopefully, this fixes your issue.
